The American Medical Association (AMA) reported recently in their daily communication that there were reported 52 cases of infection in patients by contaminated syringes in the State of New Jersey alone.
The Texas company responsible has recalled all such syringes sent to the State of New Jersey during 2016 but the damage has already been done.
If you or a loved one has recently developed an infection while hospitalized or in a nursing home, ask your provider whether or not it came from one of the contaminated syringes and contact an attorney to make sure that your rights are protected.
